Ingredients required to make aloo vaja:
Aloo 4 piece, cut into small size
Green chilli 3 piece
Jira or cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil 1 cup
Salt as needed
How to make bengali aloo vaja recipe:
First of all cut potato into small size.
Mix it with salt and turmeric powder.
Now pour oil in a heavy bottomed pan and heat it.
After enough heat add cumin seeds and saute for a minute.
Now add aloo and fry till golden brown. Generally it takes 7 to 10 minutes.
Now your favourite dish is ready to serve.
